ASPC Processing RSS
This page is automatically updated with the latest information from the ASPC processing centre it contains the “GENERAL SKILLED MIGRATION ADELAIDE PROCESSING INFORMATION“. The page works by emailing the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre every few hours and comparing the received emails to monitor for any changes.
An RSS feed is available so you can monitor the current (and previous) state of the ASPC processing information and don’t have to waste time waiting for those emails to come through… of course you can always send the request yourself by emailing a blank message to aspc.processing@immi.gov.au or gsmb.information@immi.gov.au for the brisbane processin centre.
aspc.processing (Adelaide)
The RSS feed has been running since June 27th 2009 - all of the updates since then can also be viewed below (only the last 10 updates will show in the RSS feed).
As you can see there doesnt seem to be any pattern to the ASPC updates - the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre seem to update their message on a random basis.

For webmasters
If you've got your own website and want to place a graphic on the page showing the last ASPC email update then you can link an image to
http://www.idontplaydarts.com/php-code/visa/aspc_img.php?bcolor=ffffff&fcolor=000000
Where fcolor is a 6 digit html hex code for the foreground color and bcolor is the 6 digit html hex code for the background color. The above link uses black and white and will appear something like this:
If you want to link the image directly to the latest ASPC email you can link the image to this link to obtain the latest copy
http://www.idontplaydarts.com/immi-aspc/latest
This should then look something like this

Hey Mate,
thanks a lot for the yeoman service that you are doing by creating this RSS feed. its makes our work a whole lot easier. may your tribe increase. arrivederci.
Hi
Thanks for this, really useful. Saves me having to email every week and then post the results on my website http://www.moving-to-melbourne.co.uk/news/ for our readers. Have you any plans to create a feed for the Brisbane processing centre?
Thanks
Rob
Hey,
yeah – I’ve been planning to roll out the script for gsmb.information for a while now – the application that replies our emails (or whatever it is that DIAC have at their end) seems to behave very differently to how it processes the ASPC email. At the moment im not sure but I think it might be blocking any attempts to respond to email addresses at domains that it doesn’t recognise or my other suspicion is that it might be processing the email headers slightly differently.
I’ve got a beta version set up for the GSMB info (http://www.idontplaydarts.com/php-code/visa/rss_gsmb_feed.php) but its not working properly just yet – I’ll have to do some more testing to see why I’m not getting any replies form them.
Watch this space..
Phil.
